Reviews and Ratings
The hotel definitely did not meet my expectations. The room was far from deluxe, very small, and not clean, with lots of humidity spots on the walls, a bathroom mirror with corrosion and glue spots, and several unused holes in the bath tiles. Additionally, the aluminum windows were very noisy, especially being located directly above the kitchen/bar. On the positive side, the location is fantastic for those looking to explore nearby attractions with easy access to Porto de Galinhas, just a short taxi ride away.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, while offering excellent views, were of a good standard, but my initial one was directly above the kitchen/bar, which made it extremely loud. After requesting a change, I was moved across the hall to a quieter room, which was better.
The hotel rooms were very good and spacious, of a good standard though simple, and I didn't mind. However, there were unused holes in the bath tiles. The service was fantastic and friendly with attentive staff. The location was amazing, right on the beach. Dining was decent, but the towel policy and value for money could be improved. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor room issues.
The hotel offers a great beachfront location with a balcony overlooking the ocean and a jacuzzi bath. The service is top-notch, although the rooms may lack cleanliness and show signs of wear and tear.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The location is amazing, right on the beach and just a short ride from busy areas. The rooms were spacious, with some minor issues, but nothing beats that ocean view. The service was friendly and attentive although there were initial hiccups with the room assignment. The dining options were hit or miss, but the desserts were fabulous. Overall, a good value for the money.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was beautiful with a great and beautiful beach, but it lacked direct access to the natural pools, which was a bit disappointing. The service was excellent with very helpful and professional staff, although the dining outside the dining room didn't meet my expectations.
The hotel's rooms were pretty simple, and while cleanliness was a priority, there were some maintenance issues like humidity spots on the walls and a bathroom mirror with corrosion. However, the service was top-notch, with attentive staff competing to serve guests, and the breakfast was very good. The location, right on the beach, was fantastic, although it lacked management presence. Dining was a mix: the food was good overall, but some policies like towel charges were offputting.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are average, with a balcony overlooking the ocean but not in top condition. The noise issue was resolved with a room change. Service varies, with delayed room allocation but otherwise excellent service. The location is a mixed bag, being on the beach but in a less ideal area. The dining experience had its ups and downs. Facilities are decent but could be improved.
The hotel offers great views and sounds of the dining rooms but falls short with room cleanliness and noise issues. The staff are friendly and the location is beautiful, although it is not directly in front of the natural pools. Dining was average, not worth the cost, with a towel policy concern.
The hotel offers stunning ocean views from the balcony with a jacuzzi bath, and the dining rooms provide a delightful experience. Although there were some glue spots, the overall stay was enjoyable.
The hotel offers a mix of ups and downs. The location, though not the best for natural pools, still provides a nice setting by the sea. Service was hit or miss but had its highlights like attentive breakfast service. Dining varied from fabulous to not so great depending on the experience.
The hotel offers stunning ocean views with a balcony and a jacuzzi bath but lacks cleanliness with noticeable humidity spots, corrosion on the bathroom mirror, and noisy windows. The dining rooms provide excellent views and sounds. The rooms are simple, which didn't bother me much.
I stayed in the older part of the hotel, which definitely wasn't a deluxe room. It was very small, not clean, with lots of humidity spots on the walls, a bathroom mirror with corrosion and glue spots, and many unused holes in the bathroom tiles. The aluminum windows were very noisy, facing the beach on the highest floor with a sea view.
The hotel room wasn't in the best condition; it definitively wasn't a deluxe room. It was very small and not clean, with a lot of humidity spots on the walls. The bathroom mirror had corrosion and many glue spots. Additionally, there were lots of unused holes in the bathroom tiles. My room was facing the pool, which was extremely loud, so I requested to move across the hall, which proved to be a better choice. However, that room was directly above the kitchen/bar, which was a bit noisy.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, though not luxurious, was clean and comfortable. Some maintenance issues like humidity spots on the walls and noisy windows were noticeable. The service was friendly, but communication in English was limited. The location, while on the beach front, was not ideal for accessing natural pools. The dining experience was average, with additional costs for some items. The facilities were decent overall.
